For Sartorius Stedim India Pvt. Ltd, we are currently seeking a Team Lead - PMO to join our team in Bangalore. In this position, you will act as a critical partner to our Project Management team and will be responsible for leading the team which takes care of Office work, Project Cost Controlling, Capacity Planning and Resource Scheduling, Project Enquiries Support, MIS reporting, Continuous Improvement team etc.

What you will accomplish together with us:

  • Manage capacity allocation w.r.t current and upcoming projects.

  • Project cost review and alert project managers for deviation

  • Planning to ensure sufficient capacity upstream

  • Support Process/Sale team during RFQ process

  • Prepare MIS reports related to project business

  • Project planning workshops

  • Capacity management support group

  • Review SoPs & run continuous improvement programs

  • Responsible for handling Internal & External Audits

  • Responsible for quality management systems related to project business

  • Prioritizing post-supply work

  • Prioritizing any other non-project work

  • Support Administration work of Project Management function

What will convince us:

  • Engineering with 6 to 8 years of experience in handling Projects

  • Knowledge of the processes used by the biotechnology industries

  • Project Management Skills, Process Knowledge, SAP — PS and Communication Skills

  • Project planning and cost controlling skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in transversal mode
