Job Description & Qualifications

  • Follows and ensures appropriate use of Ford Motor Company IT operations tools, processes, and methodologies.
  • Handle incident, Problem and Change Management for Windows Servers hosted globally.
  • Develop and maintain toolset to provide automation and self-service capabilities for ourselves and application teams.
  • Provides technical mentoring team members.
  • Provides the technical infrastructure and services to efficiently meet the needs of the business.
  • Leverages processes, functions, and tools that align to industry best practices in a reliable and repeatable manner to deliver value.
  • Capability to work in emerging infrastructure and technology.
  • Collaborates with architects, technology teams, and technology partners, vendors in support model.
  • Ensures delivery to agreed service levels.
  • Manages operations and troubleshoots issues and problems with technical services.
  • Support server migration and application migration in organization standards.
  • Improves continuous integration through automation of the delivery pipeline.
  • Responsibilities also include the publishing of applications and policy creation hosted within the Citrix XenApp Farms

1- Experience on Install / Configure / Manage windows servers (Windows server 2019/2016/2012/2008).
2- Experience windows server administration, Troubleshoot issues and handle outages.
3- Experience on storage technologies with respect to windows environment, such as SAN, NAS etc.
4- Knowledge in Windows Web services, such as IIS.
5- Experience in PowerShell and scripting.
6- Experience in HP blade systems, Synergy and OneView or ILO
7- Basic understanding on Networking.
8- Experience in Citrix XenApp administration/Troubleshoot.

B.E., B.Sc., B.Tech., Diploma (Others), Diploma in Engineering, M.Sc, MBA, MCA
