Exp: 2-3 years; Description We are looking for candidates who are energetic and passionate to learn and grow. Looking for smart individual who has done field sales and acquired new clients. Job description- Team Leader Team Handling and Managing role 1) Min 1 year of team handling experience and 2 -3 years in individual contributor role. 2) Bachelor or masters degree in finance and account is mandatory. 3) Person with good contact with CAs or knowledge working with CAs is required. 4) Weekly 2 new meeting with CAs and daily 5-6 meeting with team. 5) Managing and tracking team of 4-5 members. Proper daily/weekly/monthly review. 6) Bike is mandatory. 7) Should be below 32 years of age. Exception can be taken in case of good candidate.
