Required an Inbound Customer Care Team lead

1. Experience as a customer care executive for 2-3 years and as a Customer Care Lead in any Inbound Service Center.

2. Experience of any Food Delivery Inbound Customer Care Service is an added advantage.

3. Requirement is for in-house national Inbound service customer care center.
4. Proficiency in English and Hindi is must. Any other regional language is welcome.
