Title:Team Leader -

Company Name: REAL ESTATE, OFFICE LOCATION GURGAON SECTOR 66

Week off:1 Day of between Monday to Wednesday

Shift Timing:Should be ok to work n staggered shifts between Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 8pm and Sunday 9.30am to 5pm (9.30am to 6.30pm or 11.00am to 8.00pm)

Qualification:Graduate

Language:Fluent in English, Hindi

Experience:Minimum 5 years’ experience in Real Estate is preferred, need call centre experience minimum 4 years.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Team Leader with the excellent knowledge in Real Estate Sector Coordination and governance of sales activity on digital leads and off-line enquiries throughout the sales process.
  • Experience in planning & implementing sales strategies.
  • Primarily responsible for expansion of business, service existing clients and adding new clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Should have 5 years Hands-on experience in Team handling of 15-20 members/ Experience in Real estate Industry, Insurance, Auto, Financial products or travel or any other industry.
  • Should be aware of Handling HNI and luxury segment details , post sales CRM and first touch point & experience of different mediums ( call, email, chat, whats app/social media) will help.
  • Managing, Leading and motivating the team.
  • Communicating and interacting with Client Identify team goals and evaluate team progress.
  • Comfortable in Excel reporting and aware of Pivot, VLOOKUP and etc to maintain daily reports and performance.
