Job Description :

Must have minimum 1 year experience in team handling. Must have the ability to get the works delivered through team members. Must have knowledge in recruitment and business development. Work with Recruiters and Consultants to achieve the assigned Target every month. Should have the ability to handle escalations. Assign everyday tasks for each team member and get the works delivered. Monitor and coordinate consultants using CRM and other reports. Generate daily report, weekly report, and monthly report and report it to Manager. Provide adequate training for newly joined consultants and recruiters.
