  • Overall Supervising all the Mechanical maintenance activities in the unit
  • Supervising and guiding the Mechanical team in regular preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance
  • Working on MTBR & MTBF of the plant along with laid down targets/KPI of the unit team
  • Adherence to safety standards in the areas of plant maintenance, Utility & Boiler
  • Communication, Interpersonal, team Management, Schedule Adherence.
  • Lead to complete all special projects assigned by management for Instrumentation
  • Motivating the team members for excellent execution of their work
