We are looking for a Team Leader, Operations for managing our Title Team. This position is based out of Salem Office.


Roles and Responsibilities


Job Brief

Avanze Technologies is hiring for the position of Team Leader for Title Search and Typing teams with prior work experience of at least 5 years.


Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Title Search Projects
  • Must have complete knowledge of One Owner, Two Owner & Full Search
  • Must be an expert in online searches using public websites such as NETR Online and other title plants such as Tapestry, Data Trace & Title Point
  • Must be willing to handle both Search and Typing Teams
  • Should have handled min 10 to 15 Analysts
  • Should co-ordinate with field abstractors
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle emails and customer queries in a prompt manner
  • Knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in environment demanding high pace of working
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts
  • Should be able to solve team/work related issues independently
  • Education: Any graduate/postgraduate in any specialization, diploma in any specialization

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of Title Processor and Typing team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual targets w.r.t productivity and quality
  • Handle weekly team reviews
  • Lead the teams and provide necessary guidance and training as and when required
  • Interview shall be telephonic
  • Spot offers possible
  • Candidates available to work from home with their own computers and internet preferred
