JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle user queries through calls related to Billing Issues, Network related issues, Internet Issues.
- International Voice Process Only
- US Telecom Process
- Should be able to resolve and give appropriate solutions to the US customers.
- Graduates can apply only
NOTE- Candidates should be flexible with WFO & WFH both.
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:-
1) Any graduate with 1 Year international Voice BPO experience.
SKILLS REQUIRED-
- Excellent communication skills (international voice process).
- Candidate should be able to handle the pressure.
- Candidate should be time flexible.
-Must have basic Technical Knowledge.
SHIFT - Rotational (24*7) , Includes Night Shifts also.
5 Days Working ( Rotational split Offs)
