About The Role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Analystto join our CSF teamin Pune.Take a key role in driving success as Technical Analyst to liaise and interact with Hansen clients to provide high-quality technical and business support associated with Hansen products.

About You

You are an enthusiastic individual with proven experience of 4-8 years in Technical Support/ Application support.

  • Technical skills including Oracle SQL/PLSQL Or Java
  • Network Troubleshooting, experience with DHCP, SIP, DOCSIS, TFTP
  • Experience with one or more source code and build management tools (preferably GIT, SVN, ANT, Maven, Jenkins, Bitbucket
    • Experience with one or more DevOps tools like Kubernetes, docker, ArgoCD
Key Responsibilities
  • This role is for a Technical Analyst to support our major energy and utilities’ clients, under the direction of the Technical Support Lead.
  • You will be part of the project team throughout the implementation of these systems, through to post go live support.
  • Responsibilities will include the triage of issues raised, configuration management, software installation and configuration, debugging/troubleshooting, testing, business support, scripting, data extracts, reports, interfaces, and documentation.
    • Designing and developing production customization, configuration changes, reports, interfaces, and scripts including support for deployment of new versions into testing and production environments.
