Role
The role of a Technical Lead in Provakil is multifaceted. Along with leading and guiding a team of engineers, you will also be responsible for architecting and developing cutting-edge solutions for the legal industry. You will play a key role in growing the engineering organization to support the business goals.

To be successful as a Technical Lead, you should always be on the lookout for opportunities to solve problems and optimize existing solutions, but never before the need arises (YAGNI). You will be required to gather requirements from the business team and come up with cost-effective solutions.
Responsibilities

• Offer leadership and guidance to the engineering team

• Code highly configurable and performant software solutions

• Conduct consistent and thorough code-reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainability

• Take end-to-end ownership of projects from discovery through deployment

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions that stand the test of time

• Ideate on improving the development process, including determining best practices, tools, technologies, and frameworks based on the needs of the project
