Total IT Experience Min 7 Years
Total Security Domain Experience Min 5 years
Skills and Experience Configuration & Management of various Security devices and services (e.g., Firewalls, VPN, IPS, Routers and switches)
Strong skill sets in identifying the network Security related problems & troubleshooting
Hands-on experience on Checkpoint Firewalls and UTM devices
Hands-on experience of LAN switching technologies
Expert Knowledge of VPN technologies, MPLS/VPN architecture and troubleshooting
Good understanding on the usage of monitoring tools, wireshark , PRTG etc
Keep up-to-date with new networking products and services
Good understanding of high availability fundamentals (HSRP and VRRP)
Ability to have good understanding of System Architecture concepts
Expertise in problem solving, installation & Configuration
Participate in team projects and project/technology transition
Implement change requests as per business needs on Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and other security Devices
Knowledge in Information Security concepts aligning to ISO 27001 standards
Good communication skills (Oral and written)
CCSE Checkpoint certification is highly Preferred
Roles and Responsibilities Will serve as Technical SPOC to customer
Will be responsible to transition and manage as SOC operation
Will be responsible to verify and execute all Changes, Incidents, Release management and all ITIL related activities
Create and Maintain all security and Network related technical documents and up keep of them
Collaborate with other Operation Teams to fix tech issues
Attend all technical discussions
Willing to work on rotational shifts
