Position Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Technical Recruiter to join our Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition (APAC TA) team. Our TA team is responsible for all recruitment activities across the Software and Professional Services business units and functions. In this role, you will support hiring managers with their recruiting requirements, develop attraction strategies and manage end to end recruitment whilst ensuring a candidate centric approach.

This role will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead and will be based in NCR’s Hyderabad office.

You can expect to:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR managers on their talent requirements
  • Drive proactive talent sourcing strategies using a variety of channels, identifying the right talent
  • Assist and execute in the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies
  • Own the Talent Acquisition process including but not limited to;
    • Advertisement
    • Sourcing
    • Sell NCR’s EVP
    • Interviews
    • Candidate offer negotiation
    • Maintain established company policies & procedures
  • Deliver candidate experiences during the recruitment process that meet a high standard, level of communication, courtesy, follow up
  • Perform other duties as requested by management

To be successful you have:

  • 6 - 8 years of technical recruitment experience either in-house or in an agency
  • Manage multiple positions at one time - end to end recruitment process
  • A track record of recruitment success in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Experience developing creative sourcing strategies that are linked to businesses strategic plans
  • Good understanding of IT/Engineering technologies.
  • Strong sourcing experience using various channels like job portals, LinkedIn and other social media channels.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Provide a customer centric approach to recruiting across the region
  • Influence and negotiation ability coupled with flexibility and resilience
  • Experience managing specialized recruiting programs, candidate management, client management, vendor & agency management, immigration policy, legal & compliance issues, compensation and candidate negotiations
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or Related discipline. (preferred)
  • Experience with Workday RMS (preferred)
