We are looking for an energetic self driven passionate individual with team leading capabilities to be a part of our fast growing team at Nagercoil.

Must Haves
* Previously handled a team of atleast 5 members. and their daily tasks/activities.
* Excellent verbal and written communications to interact with global team
* Capability in converting functional requirements into technical requirements & writing user stories.
* Excellent programming skills in PHP, Python or an equivalent language by writing clean, readable, understandable, maintainable, reusable codes.
* Work experience in frameworks like Flask, Laravel or its equivalent.
* Ability to do estimation that is close to reality and deliver the user stories in a sprint based agile model in a predictable way.

Should Haves
* Ability to design usable & highly responsive screen / Ul components using React or equivalent library.
Team collaboration using tools like Github, JIRA etc.,
* Experience in working with development projects from scratch.

Good to Haves
* Experience in developing mobile applications using React Native or any equivalent "learn once, write anywhere" libraries.
* Experiences in designing and developing machine learning systems
* Product development experience with a Scrum Master role is a great plus.
* Work experience in docker containerization and other devops tools like kubernetes.
