Key Responsibilities:

Identify and assess training needs through skill gap analysis of operations staff by conferring with managers and supervisors.
Ensures regulatory compliance of the technical training portfolio and metrics
Responsible for the delivery of the soft Skills trainings as per the skill gap analysis.
Coordinate, schedule and conduct technical training for new hires and current employees in the operations areas.
Organize the training, including review the list of participants, distribution of materials and training, monitor trainee in training, support OJT trainers in training.
Analyse effectiveness of training program
Should have hands on experience in Training modules like, Behavioral (Good Manufacturing practices, Shop Floor etiquettes), Induction and Technical ( Safety, Quality, Technology Process and Rejections and their impact).
