Roles and Responsibilities

We require an experienced person (preferably a Mechanical or Chemical Engineer) with good command over the English Language and collation + presentation skills to generate user-friendly Operation & Maintenance Manuals for individual equipment and for the Process Plants as a whole


All ‘engineering’ inputs required (i.e., covering installation, operation, safe operation and preventive maintenance requirements) will be provided by the relevant ‘specialists’ within the Company


The selected candidate will need to collate the above in a standardized sequence, add ‘standard’ requirements (e.g., unpacking & safe handling) and generate graphics to allow for a predominantly ‘illustrative’ Operation & Maintenance Manual


Going forward the selected candidate will be responsible to develop video-based instructions as also supervise the translation of the Operation & Maintenance Manuals into other languages


This is not a ‘routine; job and the candidate must be one who will draw satisfaction from being creative

Should be good at technical documentation including product guides, product notes, technical manuals, software product descriptions, release notes, user manuals and design documents for various products.

Ability to work independently or in a cross-functional team.

Outstanding communication, writing, and grammar skills.

Ensuring that the documentation is of high quality and adheres to standards and guidelines.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF.
