Job Description:

• Writing instructions in simple English for the software developers. They should be able to independently and clearly understand these instructions and write code based on that.
• Making job posting templates for outsourcing micro jobs, posting these jobs on job portals as well as writing instructions for how to perform these jobs.
• Building and understanding data flow tracks. Understanding how the data flows in these tracks as well as where it will be stored and how it will be used in our system.
• Write actions that have to be performed on the data in simple English
• Understand data flow tracks including, how the data flowed, actions happening on the data, compliances, databases for storage, how the costs and revenues are calculated and stored at each step, permissions, clocks and so on.
• Convert actions and above into specific micro instructions in simple English, as if writing the software code in English. There are approximately 1500 English codes to be written for each assembly line and there are multiple assembly lines.
• Another assignment is to write micro steps of standard operating procedures and develop samples for outsourcing Micro tasks such that the outsourcers can easily understand what is required and can do the job with 15 minutes of instruction and the task doesn’t cost more than $3 to outsource.
• Standardization is essential so that repetitive actions can be made into and stored as templates to be recalled as needed.
• At every step scalability possibilities must be kept in mind.

Skills required:

• Ability to analyze and synthesize complex content.
• Strong technical aptitude–ability to quickly learn new concepts and tools.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to write clearly and succinctly for multiple audiences using either formal or more casual tones.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Journalism, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Writing.

Experience: Freshers

Total Compensation: INR 16,000 to 18,000/month, 10500 to 11800 PHP/month, USD 215 to 240

Step 3-We will contact you for an interview with a team lead once your project is shortlisted.

Step 4-You will be invited for a final round of interview with the CEO and MD of Varal. Here you will get a chance to ask them questions and know more about the company.
