Role:

• Identify areas of research based on industry and client needs
• Problem solve and structure work to manage deliverables and timelines
• Contribute significantly to the published research agenda of the ITS practice
• Lead medium sized custom research engagements
• Actively develop domain expertise, leveraging subject matter experts, and external sources
• Support business development efforts through proposal writing and other initiatives
• Participate proactively in external market communication by responding to analyst enquiries, conducting executive conversations, and maintaining/growing long-term client relationships
  

Help the research agenda for broader practice in terms of
o Suggesting processes for filling any data or analysis gaps
o Help team manage deadlines
o Assist with problem structuring
o Begin to own select work streams for project deliverables
o Ensure quality of deliverables
Proactively develop new content and depth of insight regarding work streams
Good working knowledge of MS Excel. Experience in developing detailed models in MS Excel
Comfortable with MS PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
Solid business judgment, professional in appearance
