We are looking for “Technology Lead”, you will coordinate with highly skilled team members and have involvement in the full software development life cycle within broadly defined parameters and provide software solutions keeping into consideration the software quality needs.

Education :

  • B.Tech (Preferably from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Technology College)

What Will You Do:

  • Determine project requirements and developing work schedules for the team
  • Play a key role in the design, implementation and maintenance of a large scale distributed system
  • Delegate work and assignments to team members
  • Collaborate with team to identify and fix technical problems
  • Guiding their team through technical issues and challenges
  • Involve Development, Unit Testing and implementation of high-quality software solutions for new and existing products by coordinating with technical architects

What We Expect :

  • Overall experience of 4-8 years
  • Strong expertise in web application development
  • Solid understanding of software design, development, testing
  • At least two of these preferred inbackend technologies- Python / Django
  • Good exposure and working knowledge with RDBMS and NoSql DB
  • Must haveexperience in Low level designing
  • Knowledge of Queuing, Streaming and Caching system is required
  • Experience inhandling and mentoring team of size 5 and above
  • Should be able to drive the product deliverables from technical point of view
  • Linux familiarity is required
  • Working experience in source control (GIT, SVN etc)
  • Experience in AWS is a plus
  • Startup background preferred
