Key Performance Indicator


-- Make calls on prime data and generate leads for Relationship Manager

-- Responsible for all telemarketing initiatives for the New sales Equity, Demat MF & Insurance for enhancement sales business

--Service and generate leads & follow-ups with customers.

--Explaining customers about the product their offer & benefits.


Selection Criteria:

  • Good communication (verbal and written) and telephonic presentation skills
  • Ability to speak in local language and English
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of Stock market
  • Min 2-3 Yrs experiences in Tele - Calling.
  • Understanding of local market and captive client base
  • Understand basic computer skills of using email, Microsoft office
  • Graduate from recognized university or college

Good Communication Skill Require ( Hindi , English & Regional Languages )

Must Have Basic Knowledge of Computer ( Word ,Excel & Emailing )

Domain Knowledge will be preferred ( Digital Signature Certificate & Token Sales)

Must be Target oriented and interested in sales and marketing with Professional Approach
