Roles and Responsibilities

Mentor, guide and counsel students and parents about the course offered
Handle walk-in enquiries and help students/parent understand the courses offered.
Making calls to the cold leads regularly and maintaining a proper record for it.
Maintain and update the leads database and student inquiry
Convert prospects into admissions by sharing all the required information about the courses offered and the career prospects associated with each of them.
Regular updating of the reports as and when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate with prior experience in EdTech companies are preferable
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Counselling and negotiation skills.
Working knowledge of software applications including MS Word, Excel and Internet.
Self-motivated and positive attitude.
Knowledge of coaching industry will be an added advantage.
