Roles & Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain strong professional relationships/connections internally and externally.
Achieve sales targets assigned and contribute to the overall achievement of the division.
Ensure full awareness of all services provided and is constantly updated on all changes and amendments to product features, procedures, and processes for corporate tie- up.
Responsible for meeting sales target through the tie-ups, Role is responsible for acquiring new clients for business growth and maximize the profits of the organization by meeting the required sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

1-5 years’ proven experience in tele-sales.
Should be willing to relocate to Cochin.
Proven experience as telesales/tele calling executive.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Good sales and negotiation skills.
Linguistics: English + Kannada / Telugu / Marathi / Gujarati.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Excellent knowledge of English and other respective regional Language.
Plenty of drive, initiative and motivation.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
