Profile: Telecaller
As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving queries in regards to the product/service provided by the company. In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering calls and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
  • Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
  • Obtaining customer information and relevant data
  • Asking questions to the customer & understanding their specifications.
  • Resolving queries and issues related to the products & services
  • Taking & processing product orders in a professional manner
  • Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements

Desired Profile:

  • Any Graduate
  • Work experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer or a similar role in Inside Sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
  • Outbound calling
  • 0-2 years experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Telecalling: 1 year (Preferred)
