Job Responsibilities:

Installation, configuration and deployment ofCUCM, Voice Gateway ,SRST ,IP Phones, Siemens EPABX system, Cisco SX 10 ,Hipath 3000/ 4000 series , Unify Openscape X5, X8, V7 , V8 , Polycom VC Devices .
Cisco Subscriber has implement on Cisco Publisher at Adani Location.
Managing CUCM, EPABX, AV Devices at Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd., Mundra, Gujarat.
Handling day to dayvoice segment activity at PAN India Adani Location.
Troubleshooting of OS, Cisco Call Manager, EPABX Server Hardware and Network related issues.
Working in VMware virtualization infrastructure environment and configuring, deploying and managing Virtual machines (VMs) and its resources and services through the Hypervisor like Hyper-V ESXi and vSphere Client.
Proactively monitoring all voice server, Application, Database and voice system
