Job Description
  • Candidate to have Experience in WIRELINE Deliveries (Fiber, Copper, FTTH, FTTB) & WIRELESS Deliveries (IWAN,RF)
  • Handling of Upgrade Orders & Their Closure within 24 Hrs of SLA
  • Daily Call Communication with Customer~100 No of Links Per Resources
  • Customer Mail Communications on Daily Basis on Technical Transactions
  • Updation of All Transactions within the Portals
  • 100% Closure against the Pre-Planned Day Allocation
  • Jeopardy Inflow Validation – Governance
  • Adhering to the Process KPI’s
  • Weekly Interaction with Dedicated Circle Spocs on Funnel
