Job Description

  • Handle enquiries received via helpline and manage them
  • Registration of new patients who call via helpline
  • Entry of details into logs (soft copy)
  • Basic patient assessment
  • Address the caller s concern and direct calls accordingly between various departments
  • Schedule appointments with concerned doctors for telehealth consultation
  • Manage files (hard copy)
  • Follow-up of patients

Requirements:

  • B.Sc/GNM Nursing preferably with experience in palliative care
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Language proficiency: English, Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil
