We are seeking a highly motivated Tender Executive to join our team at our client place based at Lucknow. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage the tendering process effectively. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and preparing tender documents, managing tender submissions, and ensuring compliance with all tender requirements. This is a full-time position based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh with a competitive salary range and opportunities for growth.

Roles and Responsibilities :-

  • Coordinate and prepare tender documents, ensuring all requirements are met
  • Manage the tendering process, including tender submissions and follow-ups
  • Research and identify potential tender opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and data for tender submissions
  • Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and guidelines
  • Conduct market research to understand competitive pricing and strategies
  • Monitor and track tender progress and provide regular updates to management
  • Maintain a database of tender documents and submissions
  • Prepare reports and analysis on tender outcomes
  • Participate in meetings and presentations related to tendering activities

Qualifications and Skills :-

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Proven experience in tender management or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and documentation software
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of tendering processes and regulations
