Job Description

Market Development:
Identify Business Opportunities and create direct/alliance/DMA Channel business strategy.
To set up network by appointing DMAs/ Connectors.

Team Management:
To manage hiring/attrition and nurture & train team members of branches.
To derive optimum productivity from the team
To ensure alignment & synchronization of Sales /Portfolio/Technical/Developer Relations team.

Risk Management :
To adhere to Compliance & Policy governance.
Portfolio quality by enabling right credit culture.

Customer Relationship :
To maintain high standard of customer service.
Relationship Management, resulting in multiproduct sales & continuity of customers.

Managing Environment :
To benchmark competitiveness and market intelligence.
Administrative management of the Territory.
Managing next level of internal/external grievances.

P&L Management & Collections :
Deliver business volumes as per target.
To ensure right business mix leading to yield/processing fee.
Managing cost of acquisition by right channel mix.
To control Credit Cost and In charge of collections.
To manage OPEX of all Territory.

Organisation Ethos:
To ensure conduct of employees.

Relationship Management:
To manage relationship with Developers, DMA s and Alliance Partners.



Key skills:

Good communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills with ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment, strong sales and relationship management skills.
Good understanding of all Products
Team Management.
Should have analytical bent of mind and lateral thinking.
Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge.
