Reporting to: Regional Head

Role Overview:

Responsible for achieving budgeted sales / Collection target through business associates / direct clients.

Responsibility

  • To achieve set targets and contribute to the development and growth of business performing the role of an Account Manager, Collections also the key parameter.
  • Plan new/existing contacts for customer retention, penetration and proactively meeting customer’s requirements/problem resolution
  • Work with other internal department/teams to resolve customer queries/issues to meet customer satisfaction/service levels
  • Collect & Communicate market/competition information and implement business development initiatives
  • Candidates with less experience could be considered if they have an exceptional sales track record.

Candidates from local areas will be preferred.

· Strategic planning & analytical ability

· Excellent skills in Marketing / Business

Development.

· Good interpersonal skill.

· Good presentation Skill.

  • Aggressive on field.

Desirable Skill Set

Experience in Sales Field/Corporate Sales

Qualifications and Experience

Graduate or MBA in Marketing – Min 2-9 years relevant direct sales experience. Logistics and Courier Most welcome.
