Developing standard processes and standards in tool room with complete documentation.
Twenty percent increase in productivity and quality.
Creating virtual prototypes (3 D models and assemblies) for the tools used in factory.
Mitsubishi wire EDM installation, arranging training for the machine and making it operational.
3 D milling capabilities in tool room.
Brazing quality.
Complete chain department tool making – in house (including spirale).
