Able to devise, manage and execute tour packages and related arrangements
Experienced in negotiating with vendors and suppliers effectively
Plan and organize transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services.
Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
Responsible for travel arrangements like air tickets, rail tickets, pick and drop from airport and railway station etc. for the guest as per their request.
Managing different modes of travel, support Hotel/Guesthouse booking, local conveyance from beginning to end.
Responsible for Managing Company owned vehicles under Travel desk
Tie-up with Hotels for Staff / guest stay.
Continues follow-up and coordination with tie-up Hotels for receiving better service.
Get feedbacks from Staff/ Guest regarding Travel and stay experiences and take necessary actions to improve the quality of service from Clients.
Excellent communication skills
Effective presentation skills
Good Team player with an ability to manage and coordinate among the Team
Reporting to Senior Management
Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar field
