Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Coordinator at Vitae International Accounting Services Pvt.Ltd. in Coimbatore. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating training programs and training needs, and conducting training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two plus years of experience in related field.
  • Training Coordination and Training & Development skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of employee training and development programs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field such as HR, or Business Administration
