We are currently seeking a Transformation Program Director to join our Corporate Solutions team. Our team’s priorities are:
Delivering strategic solutions for clients
Actively collaborating across platforms
Developing our people and inspiring others
Supporting ambitions beyond the workplace
Applying new technology and data to drive change

What this job involves
The Transformation Program Director will be the single point of responsibility and accountability for the overarching Transformation program managing the transformation managers, timelines and risk management. The Transformation Program Director will develop the program management tools, technology and proven methods throughout the program life cycle to identify risk and resistance, improve timing, increase the rate of adoption and improve efficiency. Key responsibilities for the Transformation Program Director include:
Deploy and Oversee Global Deployment
Set up Transformation Forum charter and client governance structure.
Create a milestone-based plan.
Develop deliverables for first set of milestones, utilizing necessary resources.
Change Management
Establish ground rules (e.g. for communications, escalations)
Engage client teams in “action learning” sessions.
On board local teams where necessary
Manage document library including access requirements.
Manage Program Infrastructure
Monitor and report implementation data as it corresponds to key milestones.
Monthly key performance indicator tracking and reporting.
Impact on key business metrics.

Education and experience
A Bachelor’s degree
A Master’s degree (PREFERRED)
Six Sigma Certification (BLACK BELT PREFERRED)
years of relevant experience related to corporate real estate organizations
A relationship builder
Both verbal and written communication skills are vital, and, of course you’ll be good at establishing relationships with all levels of the organization & external clients
Tech minded
The real estate industry is consistently changing with technology. You’ll need to make technology work to your advantage. You must demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of technology tools and continually seek opportunities to develop your skillset.
