Job Summary:

As a Travel and Tourism Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for our new tourism venture. You will be required to lead a team, understand the market and competition, and build relationships with team members.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and develop new business opportunities related to travel and tourism: You will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying potential market in the tourism industry and growth of the company, and developing strategies to reach out to them.

● Understand the market and competition in the tourism field: You will need to keep a close eye on the market and competition and use this information to make informed decisions about business development opportunities.

● Lead a team: You will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to bring new strategies and achieve business development goals in the tourism industry.

● Team building: You will be responsible for building a strong and cohesive team, developing their skills, and providing guidance and support.

● Infrastructure development: You will be responsible for driving infrastructure development efforts to support business development activities.

● Maintain accurate records of business development activities and results

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
