Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.

Confident in creating quotations and itineraries

Supply pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs, etc)

Handle unforeseen problems and complaints about Services.

Help client with ideal travel package based on their suggests and requirements.

Provide end to end service while organizing a trip from booking the tickets, reserving the hotels and creating the itinerary.

Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers.

Provide end to end service while organizing a trip from booking the tickets, reserving the hotels and creating the itinerary.

Sell the appropriate tour package to the right customer and Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level possible.

Resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer.
