Responsibilities:

* Communicating with clients to understand product, brand, goals, objectives and requirements.

* Conducting user research and creating prototype for new product / brand.

* Creating original visual and graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).

* Making high-fidelity wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, mockups and layouts to show what the final design will look like.

* Designing navigational, informational, interactive elements and tools such as tabs, input controls, components, scrollers, buttons, toggles, drop-down menus, text fields, search boxes, widgets etc.

* Creating graphical portions of mobile apps, websites, and devices.

* Organizing page layouts, choosing color palettes and fonts.

* Converting the technical and business requirements into attractive and user friendly interfaces in adherence to the standards.

* Testing all elements including CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages before implementing.

* Performing user testing to validate design decisions, identifying problems and troubleshooting them.

* Planning and implementing new designs in collaboration with various teams such as developing, engineering, marketing, management etc; and incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, usability findings, responsiveness etc; to convert designs into a working product ensuring all requirements are met, user experience enhanced and delivered.

* Optimizing existing designs.

* Conducting training, presentation, seminar, and workshop at Spectrum,

* Creating instructor material.

Requirements:

* Degree / Diploma in UI UX designing.

* 0 – 1 year experience as UI UX designer as well as portfolio of UI UX design work of both web and mobile platforms.

* Working knowledge of:

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat and Dreamweaver).

Prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, etc.

Technologies and softwares such as HTML5, CSS3, iOS, Android, Design Systems etc.

Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction.

User flows, wireframes, and mockups.

* A team player who can work independently also.

* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills in order to clearly articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions; and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.

* Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

* Keen eye for aesthetics, detail oriented, critical thinker, problem solver, customer-centered.

* Good flair for training and mentoring.

* Skill to communicate technical information in a simplified way to students.

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
