• Plan and implement new designs.
• Ensure that the designs provide the users with the best experience

• 4+ years’ experience in UI/UX design and HTML conversion.
• Expertise in UX designs
• Experiences in the implementation of responsive web layouts.
• Ability to discuss and explain design options.
• Good experience with HTML5 & CSS3.
• Good understanding of JavaScript, JavaScript libraries and CSS frameworks are preferred.
• Good understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing
tools.
• Should have good problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Optimize existing user interface designs.
• Communicate with BA to understand the business goals and objectives.

• Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-
centered solutions

• Experience in delivering design assets for development and ability to partner with front-end
• engineers to ensure design consistency
