1) Lead Collection.
2) Delivering Business Opportunity Presentations.
3) Training candidates for NISM exam.
4) Assisting him in emplacement process.






Business Development -
1) Training and Development of Distributors on regular basis.
2) Business Planning & Strategizing
3) Activity Planning.
4) Joint Calls with the clients.
5) Addressing client Meets.
6) Query resolution of the distributor.
7) Timely communications to the distributor.






System and Process -
1) Following Sales process.
2) Regular reporting of work in the Sales Process.
3) Complying with Company and industry norms, rules and regulations.






Skills upgrade -
1) Clearing NISM exam with stipulated time.
2) Keeping yourself updated in terms of knowledge, products, etc.
3) Doing a professional course in the relative field (optional)
