Job Purpose

“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” There are mid level fintech companies in India which cater to salaried customers upto a particular ticket or for short term financing needs. The person in this job role is expected to reach out to these mid level fintech companies and onboard them for business purpose. From our end we can cater to the leads of their customers who either have higher loan requirements. Business with them initially can be done in the lead form and payout will be made to the partner for converted leads. Under this job role at an initial level person is expected to reach maximum fintech partners and convert them for business with us.  To onboard mid level fintech partners for Salaried loans business  End to end ownership of mid level fintech relationships – starting from onboarding, legal, finalizing commercials, finalizing model of operation to go live of product on fintech platform  Driving monthly business volumes with partners and resolving partner queries on ongoing business.  Internal & External stakeholder management.

Job Duties

& Key Responsibilities
  • Duties and Responsibilities - Accountabilities will be as follows  Reaching out to multiple fintech partners in the Salaried segment and onboarding them to do Salaried loan business with them  Legal technical and commercials finalization with mid level Fintech partners  Finalisation of mode of operation on partner platform
  • Driving monthly business volumes with partner on their plarform by getting leads
  • Recon related activities on an ongoing basis with partner
  • Resolving partner queries
  • Monthly invoicing of payout to partner and related activities
Required Qualifications

And Experience
  • a) Qualifications  Post Graduation (MBA or CA) b) Work Experience  Minimum 2-4 years of experience with Good understanding of financial/Banking industry.  Preferred person with experience of working in Fintech company  Relationship management skills required  Understanding on overall Fintech landscape required  Ability to communicate well with all levels of management/stakeholders/colleagues in a multicultural, multinational environment.  Being creative and provide innovative solutions to business problems, not be limited by existing methods and procedures.
