Job Summary
To provide on-site installation,service and maintenance of UPS systems as well as diagnosing and repairing existing system in the field.This position will provide a high level of technical support to external customers while working under minimal supervision.The person need extensive travel and willing to work 24/7. Necessary TA and DA will be provided based on the requirement.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of instruments
  • Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
  • Provide technical support to external customers at their location
  • Provide on-site training to the customers
  • Interface with cross functional work teams such as customer support/services,
  • Timely complete and submit all required paperwork
  • Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
  • Two wheelar with license is an advanatage

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Skill Required

  • Knowledge in Electrical and electronics system.
  • Basic computer skills and able to use basic functions of M/S Office Suite for reports and time and record keeping.
  • Excellent written and oral skills preferred
  • Strong time management skills
