Job Description-

Roles and responsibilities: -

  • Client Servicing - We are looking to hire Tele callers with excellent communication skills.
  • At 1to1help.net, a Customer Service Associate is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all our customers.
  • Associates communicate with customers primarily through mail, chat, and phone and utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review services offered, and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Front line executives act as the face of an establishment and ensure clients/callers feel welcomed. An executive is responsible for-

  • Maintaining a hospitality outlook- being polite and patient.
  • Help caller by providing information about services, and assistance in booking an appointment
  • Maintain records of callers and queries around the services offered and ensure an optimal level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Responding to emergency situations and contact the proper authorities when needed.
  • Receiving calls and emails from clients and ensuring closure of complaints by proper communication

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
  • Ability to concentrate – follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
  • Good composition skills – ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
  • Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
  • Educational background in hospitality or experience in Client/customer service facing roles. (Candidates with a background in psychology, counseling psychology, social work - is a bonus)
  • Basic understanding of operating computers, mobile applications, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Should be able to demonstrate interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
  • Ability to maintain composure in a highly escalated situation
  • Having a stable internet connection and phone network is mandatory

Additional Information

Rotational Shifts: Anytime between 9 AM - 8 PM.

Rotational week offs: 5 days working.

Please Note:

  • Require candidates from either hospitality, psychology, or healthcare background having expertise for the same.
  • The position would currently be on a WFH basis (Until Covid persists).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
