Roles and Responsibilities

Location: Pune, Bangalore, Delhi

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 -20days notice period

1. This role involves the responsibilities of Logical Access Management (creation, deletion and modification) for business critical applications and managing infrastructure accounts (Active Directory, exchange, LDAP, chat, Remote Access).

2. Creation, deletion and modification of accounts across 700 + applications

3. Use of the Access and Identity Management (AIM) tool to perform provisioning

4. Resetting of passwords and unlocking of accounts across supported applications

5. Ensure all documented procedures are followed in relation to account administration

6. Ensuring processes comply with audit requirements, evidences documentation and QA.

7. Troubleshooting problems in relation to the applications supported and escalate technical and non technical issues to management and support teams as required

8. Process tasks in a timely manner to ensure SLTs are maintained

9. Manage customer’s expectations through ongoing communication

10. Incident and Problem management via Service First

11. Detail analysis is required to understand the issue and deliver accordingly.

12. Understand different client responses, evaluate and take corrective action.

13. Liaise with QA team and identify the areas need to be rectified and take corrective action and save the evidences for audit references.

14. Timely Issue handling

15. Good verbal and written skills are required as a part of end user communication and interactions with client/users.
