Handles Supply Chain Management, Inbound/outbound Logistics and Transportation Network Design.

Manages route planning, inventory management and freight management.

Simulation of effective route planning and vehicle deployment with maximum utilization of resources.

Manages proper resource planning (Fleet +Ground Staff )

Monitors ground operations on a day to day basis

Maintains proper KPI / Trackers

Manages day to day analysis of conversion rates and introduce better processes to improve the same

Monitors time based scheduling of vehicles as per the requirement on daily basis.

Monitors cross utilization of vehicles through multiple customers for optimum utilization of vehicles and cost optimization.

Prepares & Manages project plans & timelines, resource calendars, project schedules, aligned with organizational goals using Project Management Techniques that track the completion & delivery of all milestones.

Provides end-to-end solution designed to optimize the management of Critical Inventory Logistics and service parts distribution and returns process
