This is in regards to opening for Agency Channel with Health Insurance Company for agency channel for below mentioned locations:

Locations- Mumbai, Pune , Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Meerut, Allahabad, Kanpur, Varanasi all India...

Roles And Responsibilities
  • Driving Sales - Achieve expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisors.
  • Building Agency - Identify and recruit potential advisors (Ex: House Wife, 1. Retired Person, Students, Any Family Members, Unemployed etc).
  • Manage team performance and productivity - Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the team.
  • Leadership - Provide leadership and management to the team of Advisors.
Mentoring and Training - Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisors in the team, provide feedback on advisors" performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum graduate.

2-6 year experience with sales or insurance sales experience. Freshers can also apply.

Comfortable with above mentioned locations.
