Age Limit: 19 years to 30 Years


Freshers are also welcome.


Experienced with collections background preferred.


Education: Graduate And Under Graduates


Bike & Driving License are mandatory

Job Description:


  • Collections as per targets attached. Biometric, smart card collections and collections of Cross sell products
  • Provide the required customer support , timely and accurate collections
  • Adhere to process of collections and ensure zero OD
  • Responsible for managing the Collections, maintain/minimize the PAR account. recommending collection settlements & also managing collection legal cases and collection agencies for recoveries.
  • Responsible for managing the collections & maintain 100% collections, also minimize the PAR
  • Collections as per targets defined
  • Smart card collections and collections of cross sell products
  • Adhere to process of collections and ensure zero OD
  • Responsible for cash collections, cash pick-up, cash delivery, compliance to policies and guidelines with respect to cash.
  • Follow-up with customers for their overdue amounts.

Documents Required : CV, PAN, Aadhaar, Driving License, Qualification certificate, personal bank account details and last 3 months salary slip & experience letter (For experienced candidate)
