- Should be capable of listening to 60 - 80 calls a day.
- Should judge the quality of the calls and provide judgmental feedback.
- Help the Operation team in giving business intelligence.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Should have 1 year experience in BPO.
- Having Quality Analyst Experience will be a great advantage.
- Should be excellent in English speaking.
