Job Specification :

Experience : 2 to 3 Years


Ensure compliance of - Advance License/ EPCG/ EOU/SEZ under Foreign trade policy (FTP).

  • Regular monitoring of conditions specified as per Advance License/ EPCG/ EOU/SEZ
  • Determine duty liability if any, under above schemes
  • Sound knowledge of logistic, chain management from customs, FTP perspective.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, Customs etc.
  • Assist & support in providing views on issues concerning GST and allied matters
  • Computation of tax liability, supervise and track timely deposit of taxes and filing of statutory returns to avoid penal consequences
  • Timely and correct reversal of excess GST after project completion
  • Reconciliation of GST as per books and GST portal to minimise the loss of input credit
  • Applying for registrations, amendments, etc.
  • Active participation in monthly/quarterly/annual deliverables related to GST (e.g. GL reconciliation)
  • Regular updating technical knowledge, updated on GST rules, GST Act, Customs, FTP
  • Timely responding to GST notices, along with details required for GST audits.
  • Keeping track of all the open compliances pertaining to GST

Other requirements:

1. Knowledgeable with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point etc.}, and working knowledge in SAP

2. Fluent in English language
