Critical Skills & Personal Attributes

  • Project management experience in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing processes
  • Ability to lead multiple projects and partner with management/ functional managers to resolve conflicts.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various functional groups and other business units.
  • Experience in working with Cement machinery manufacturers will be preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in working on SAP

Main responsibility

  • Project planning and scheduling
  • Execution of orders as per the plan
  • Responsible for weekly execution review meetings with internal functions and customers
  • Co-ordination with internal functions and customers
  • Ensuring timely completion of the orders
  • Raising pro-forma invoice and collection of the payments
  • Co-ordination for dispatches
  • Budget controlling and reporting to project manager
  • Contract management

Knowledge

  • Technical knowledge of various equipment in cement plant
  • Knowledge for working on SAP
  • Various commercial clauses of the contracts
  • Knowledge of MS Projects, MS Power Point, MS Excel etc.
