Job: Business Development Officer


Reporting to: Area Sales Manager


Location: Haryana & Delhi


Job Description:


  • Would be responsible for B2B Sales (Retailer onboarding & Distributer onboarding)
  • Network Development in the assigned territory - Channel Partner Scouting, Business Partner Boarding, Business Partner Development & Nurturing of the Business Partner network to achieve planned target.
  • Handling & working with a Team of Business Partner Salesman to achieve planned target.
  • Train & develop sales executive of Retailer / Business Partner.
  • Jointly work with all support team

Requirement:


  • Already Working as Sales Executive/Officer Role in general trade of Order Booking / Ready Stock Sales of any FMCG Products.
  • Required experience of 0-5 year.
  • Have very good knowledge of Beat Planning & Route Management.
  • Having exposure of relationship between Shopkeeper/Retailer/Customer.
  • Have good understanding to identify customer problem & satisfy customer needs.
  • Have Good experience to manage stock and demand Vs supply of products.
  • Good Communication skill at Local Level / Knowledge of Regional language.
  • Knowledge to operate digital platform like WhatsApp / E-mail etc
  • Good Experience of Sale/Market of Fast-Moving Consumer Products like Tea/Cold Drinks/Namkeen/Biscuits/Snacks/Soap/Detergent etc.
