CANGRA is hiring for a Business Development Manager profile. Please find the Job responsibilities below .


1. Generating New leads from IT/Non IT clients across India.

2. Exp in Selling the product services to our new clients

3. Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.

4. Writing business proposals.

5. Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.

6. Increasing client base.

7. Research and identify new market opportunities .

8. Follow up calls and emails to leads.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Exp in working as BD for Staffing or recruitment companies
  • Have exp in dealing with BIG Clients for generating business
  • Very Good Communication skills
  • Ready to work from home
  • Exp required 2-5 yrs
  • Min Salary offered -25,000-35000/- per month
  • Working Days - 6 days In week (Mon -Sat)
  • Timing - 10am-7pm
